17 months (and counting...)

Olivia is now 17 months old. She can walk, run, and shake her head 'no' at me. She is still wearing her 12mo size clothing, but she is healthy and happy. She loves bananas, doggies, and boxes. She can say many words now, but I love it when she makes animal noises. The newest is a bear. She raises her hands(as if they are claws) and roars. It is the cutest roar ever done, for sure. Her hair is growing, but it still short of being able to put in a ponytail or braid. She's so smart, she's so beautiful, mommy and daddy are so lucky!

What makes a baby laugh??

At 14 months old, Olivia takes great pleasure in feeding Kai, her doggie and best friend.

First Christmas!

At 8 months we have our first Christmas as a family! Olivia is having such a fun day! Mommy and Daddy are so happy :)

Happy Halloween!

This year, 2010, was Olivia's first Halloween. She is 6 months old! Mommy and Daddy can hardly believe how big she has gotten. This year Olivia was a flower fairy.

Olivia went trick or treating with her friend Matthew, who was a ninja warrior. They had a lot of fun, but Olivia had to go home after about an hour because it was very cold outside (28 degrees). After trick or treating everyone came over to Olivia's house and watched a scary movie and ate some candy. It was a great Halloween.

Nature!

Part of the decision to move the family up to Alaska was made in order for us all to get outdoors more often and live a healthier more active lifestyle. Since arriving Olivia and family as well as our close friends have gone hiking several time. Olivia rides in a special back-pack carried by daddy. She loves it and has a lot of fun!

Made it to Alaska!

It took 7 days of driving but Olivia and family made it to Alaska. Olivia got to see some amazing mountains, lakes, and rivers along the way as well as a lot of wild life including wild buffalo, moose, caribou, and stone sheep! She visited Wall Drug and Mount Rushmore too! She was a great traveler the whole time!
